Simplest method ever :-
I use this method and it works. no software or installation needed.
1. you must have yahoo account
2 login to your yahoo mail.
3.go to contact – then choose import email from facebook (it suck all your friend email address into your contact list)
4. export yahoo csv. download/save it.
5. open csv in ms excel.

Add facebook contacts in gmail
Simply import exported .csv into gmail and you have all of your Facebook friends email addresses in your Gmail contacts list.and any other that supports import contacts from .csv.
